Purchased this item for our Thor Oven. Contractor opened the box to install and it was missing pieces. When we held the packaging up to the light, we can tell that a label with the product number was placed on top of a label with a different product number. We had to call Thor and wait for them to ship the correct parts to us. We are very frustrated. Buyer beware and buy directly from the manufacturer.

Lengthy installation
The kit was fine and did what it was supposed to. But it was a major production to install it. Took the gas man almost 3 hours.
