Good for support but cannot really train your waist. After a few uses the material starts folding up in the back and folds become visible from under the dress you wear. Also limits mobility as it does not stay in place when you bend over. You end up adjusting it too frequently.Recommended if you are new to shapewear. It's a good place to start for shorter periods of time and extend slowly.The material is not really absorbent so don't use of expecting to sweat.I've found that by itself the material does not induce sweating.Does not have steel boning or any sort of boning so will fold up on itself.Overall quality is passable.

While material is ok for the price, large size (L) does not fit waist size 34-36. XL is probably required for this size. Also, product is non returnable, though Amazon promptly refunded the amount!

They say “you get what you pay for”. So it’s not as good as Kim Kardashian claims it would be. Ofcourse the brand is different. You might give a try if you want to but was not useful to me very much. With regular use the the wires might come out. Also I got stomach cramps and mild indigestion, which went when I stopped wearing it. Just be careful to not overdo it. Use it with caution. Reduces waist size by 2 inches when worn. Bought L size it recently. Not sure if it helps in long term weight loss, but it reduces appetite as you can't eat much while wearing this. You will also pee more frequently as the bladder also gets constricted. However, it's comfortable material of good quality, and does the job it's intended for.

Product is different look , which look in picture.In picture , the product looks like boday shape and long waist fitting. But in actual , length of product is less and i want to say that please do not purchase this product are waste of money.
