Sharpness is good, even after repeated use the sharpness doesn't go away. Very easy to use. The locking mechanism to fix it to the surface is great, the cutter doesn't move at all while cutting. Quality is great and it's a value for money item. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent sharpness . Excellent use. But the knife keeps coming off of the base. Had thrown away this after it happened 5 or 6 times.
