Fair price for a simple product. I'm still trying to find the best way for me to use Magnesium Oil Spray but I reached out to Swanson with some questions and got quick answers. Though it's often recommended to wash off the spray after ten minutes, it's not really necessary unless your skin reacts adversely. It doesn't bother my skin but I find it takes a while to penetrate and remains wet long enough that I have to be careful about getting it on clothes, upholstery or bed sheets. I'm primarily using it on my knees and though it's by no means a miracle cure, I think it is helping some of the soreness in my knees. Magnesium is a "noted anti-inflammatory" and I'm just trying to figure out the best way to add it to my regimen for alleviating the arthritis pain in my knees. What I really like about this Swanson product is that it's independently tested by third-party labs for purity and potency. Many of these user reviews provide anecdotal evidence about how well or poorly the product works, but I won't take anyone else's opinion as fact. I'm going to keep trying to find the best practice for using this for my own issues.

I like the feel of it and use it for muscle pain. It’s pretty good. I’ll use it for headaches, but don’t get many. It can be hard to report on supplements and expected results sometimes 🤔

This Magneseum oil is a good way to lessen pain in your joints. I have share it with others and they agree.
