Ticwatch Mobvoi Earbuds Gesture, Wireless In-Ear Earphones, Independent Connection with Bluetooth 5.0, Dual-Mic Noise Cancelling, 50H Playtime with Charging Case Touch Control

I’m a Ticwatch Pro 3 user and thought I would give these a go as I was looking for a set of buds and their price is good. Upon arrival the product is presented in a quality, professional manner with solid, well designed packaging. The earbuds and case are shipped snuggly within a foam insert, accompanied by a short USB charging cableThe buds come with a charging case that has a lovely snap to it upon closing, most pleasing. You get an alternative tips , a USB A to C charging cable, instructions on pairing and the gestures and a nice little sheet of stickers!!!The case is plastic but feels good. The buds snap into the case magnetically and they are held securely. Even holding the case open, upside down and giving it a bit of a shake didn’t result in them falling out.Getting then buds out of the case can be a little tricky at first as they are quite smooth and the strength of the aforementioned magnet fights against you. But once you get the nack it becomes much easier.The buds fit snuggly in my ear, so much so that they are actually more comfortable than my partners Galaxy Buds Live. They also seem to stay in ears during such strenuous activity as jumping up and down, and running to the bus stop 100 yards down my road.The gestures work surprisingly well, with zero issue with it not recognising what I wanted to do. Initially I kept tapping too far down, but once I got into the habit of tapping higher up it was easy. The gestures weren’t exactly what I was expecting. For music I was expecting 1 tap for play/pause, 2 to play next track and 3 to restart track/play previous. But they are in fact 2 taps to play/pause, 3 taps on RiGHT bud to go the the next track and 3 taps on LEFT bud to restart song/go to previous song.Call quality was surprisingly good, both for me and the person on the other end of the line.Sound quality was better than I expected, and more than good enough for anyone who isn’t a die hard serious music fan who needs to replicate studio quality sound in their ears whilst walking down the road or running around the park. I did find the bass a little low on some songs however.There is a Mobvoi app you can install too, which if you have a watch you may well already have installed. There isn’t much in this for the buds at the moment, just the current battery levels, a run down of the touch definitions and the ability to turn on/off the TicMotion Head Control. What are these, I hear you ask… Well basically when turned on your should be able to answer a call by nodding your head and end a call by shaking your head. The nodding worked for me all the time whilst the shaking about 50% of the time. This is probably something I will turn off as I don’t really see it as something I will use.Lastly, battery life. They say on the box 50hrs of battery life. I’m not entirely sure they is achievable but I have used them for about 35 hours over the 5 days I have had them and not needed to plug in the charger cable yet. Very impressive!Are there any cons? Yes, a couple. The first is the USB charging cable is rather short and is a USB A to USB C type, with the C being utilised by the charging case. I had to dig through the ‘man draw’ to see if I had a USB A charger plug still as all I have in use are USB Cs. Not the end of the world mind.No volume control gesture. This was a little disappointing as modern buds should really be a ‘hands off the phone’ experience.Bass was lacking on some stuff. I tend to listen to a broad range of music and with the heavier stuff I did find it a bot flat in the bass front. The songs were still listen-able but for someone who likes bass when it’s there, this was a little disappointing.Final thoughts. So with all that said, I feel these buds are well worth a 5 star review. The few cons are more than made up for by the price. A sub £100 pair of buds like this is well worth the price and if you balk at the idea of paying out the ~£160+ cost for a set of Galaxy or Pixel buds, you should seriously consider these bad boys.

Well this review might improve but so far I've had them for a couple of hours and still not able to try them, they appeared to be completely discharged and after an hours charge my S21 still can't see them!One issue with the design is that they are extremely difficult to remove from the case, this isn't specific to Mobvoi as I've seen it with others, I could forgive this if they actually worked.

The EarPods have a sleek and ergonomic design. The material looks and feels quality.I was not sure how it would fit to my ear but once tried it, I found them very successful. They don’t drop when running as I had some issues with me previous ones. The connection to my iPhone was very easy. Actually, it is one of the smoothest one. I am not sure about the noise cancelling. When listening to music and talking on the phone, it blocks the outer sound but not %100. Compact case and long range connectivity. Especially this is a good feature I was looking for. I have a two floor house and I can easily leave my phone downstairs and go to second floor. It has a very good range.The sound is decent, there is a room to improve especially for the bass.

I’ve been using the Mobvoi Earbuds Gestures for 6 weeks now and I’ve been very impressed in a number of areas:1. General music listeningThe sound is clear and well-balanced across the range. Highs aren’t overly bright, a decent mid-range and controlled bass. These aren’t going rival the bass-heavy alternatives, but that’s not their purpose. For those of us who prefer a more neutral presentation, then these are a good choice.2. Listening during exerciseThe fit is secure and I’ve had no problems with the buds staying in place during running. The finish of the buds means they’re easy to wipe clean and keep looking new.3. Conference callsI’ve used these for both work MS Teams conference calls and personal telephone calls. The gesture answering is a handy feature and I’ve found the call quality to be clear to listen to as well as for the other party. If you like to have a bit of a walk around the house during a call, then these buds are able to cope with moving rooms well.4. Quality and presentationThe overall quality of both the buds and the case are very good. Some may prefer a textured/rubberised finish to the case, but for me, the smooth material and ridging are excellent for slipping the case into and out of pockets – certainly helped by the compact design. USB type C charging is great to have and my only point to improve these would be to supply them with a better selection of ear tips – that said, the larger ones provided fit me perfectly.Overall, I highly recommend the Mobvoi Earbuds Gesture due to the performance to price ratio and feature set.

I chose to buy the Mobvoi Earbuds after reading previous reviews and would have to say they are the best earbuds I have owned.Comfortable to wear, secure in their case, low on battery use and quick to recharge.A slight downside, as noted by others, is the subdued bass, noticeable on all styles of music.If you want bass pounding in your ears then perhaps these are not the buds for you but otherwise an excellent purchase and good value.

Sound quality sound clearness battery life is good but anytime anywhere lost bluetooth it's so horrible.

While working out with these, one headphone lost 90% of its volume just from sweating on it the very first day. The pad that covers the ear hole falls off very easily, and is lost forever. Not durable at all. No replacement rubber earbud that is non-standard. So once this little 1 cent piece is gone the headphones are basically trash.The touch features hardly work as expected too. These are junk.

J'utilise de vieux écouteurs Sansui lorsque je suis assis à mon bureau. J'aime le son mais ils sont trop grands pour être portés quand je me déplace !J'ai décidé d'essayer les Mobvoi Earbuds Gesture, en espérant pouvoir combiner le port d'écouteurs avec une activité physique relativement intense. Cela fait maintenant plusieurs semaines que je les utilise. Le commencement de l'utilisation est simple. Il a suffi de connecter les écouteurs par Bluetooth au téléphone portable (Samsung Galaxy A40 dans mon cas) et d'apprendre quelques commandes simples (en tapant sur les écouteurs ; permet de faire pause, de reprendre la lecture, et d'avancer ou de revenir). Sur le plan du son, je trouve que les oreillettes offrent une reproduction nette des voix humaines. C'est particulièrement utile lorsque j'utilise une application d'apprentissage des langues.Pour la musique, les écouteurs manquent de profondeur par rapport à mon antiquité Sansui, mais c'était prévisible. Je découvre néanmoins des aspects nouveaux dans des morceaux de musique que je pensais pourtant connaître à fond... J'écoute volontiers de la musique sur ces écouteurs lorsque je me déplace à l'extérieur. C'est très énergisant.L'une des choses que je fais lorsque je suis dehors est de couper du bois avec une hache (c'est ma pause travail). Je peux dire que les écouteurs restent en place sans difficulté, même lorsque je commence à transpirer. Leur petite taille permet de porter facilement une capuche si nécessaire (en cas de pluie ; attention d'enlever les écouteurs au moment où vous enlevez ou mettez une couche de vêtement, ils risquent de tomber autrement ; cela semble évident mais c'est le genre d'erreur que je pourrais faire). Il n'y a donc pas lieu de craindre que les écouteurs tombent pendant votre activité. Je trouve ces écouteurs confortables et esthétiques et je peux les porter pendant de longues périodes sans être gêné. L'autonomie de la batterie semble assez bonne.Une fonctionnalité que j'ai trouvée très utile est la possibilité de prendre des appels en hochant la tête, sans avoir à utiliser mes mains. Extrêmement pratique.J'ai constaté que j'utilise beaucoup plus les fonctionnalités d'enregistrement vocal avec ces écouteurs, car je peux effectuer l'enregistrement sans avoir à tenir un autre appareil (téléphone ou montre) pendant que je dicte. J'espère que cela sera bénéfique pour ma productivité. Cependant, je n'ai pas encore commencé à utiliser l'assistant Google.Dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé que c'était une solution efficace et facile à utiliser pour tous ceux qui cherchent des écouteurs mains libres.

The media could not be loaded. Lo primero que llama la atención de estos auriculares es la magnífica presentación del empaquetado. Aunque sabía que es un detalle que Mobvoi cuida especiamente (tengo un TicWatch y unos TicPods2 de la misma marca), estos Airbuds me han sorprendido especialmente en ese aspecto, con una caja de calidad, muy bien presentada y muy bonita.El tamaño de la caja de carga es lo suficientemente pequeño para poderla llevar en un bolsillo pero lo suficientemente grande para que sea fácil localizarla, evitando perderlos en un descuido.Analizando ya el uso, destacaría los siguientes aspectos:- Emparejamiento sencillo, en unos minutos los tenía enlazados y no he tenido ni un sólo problema de desconexión repentina de los mismos (cosa que si me pasa de vez en cuanto con los TicPods2).- Posibilidad de usar un único auricular: muy útil cuando quieres escuchar música o hacer una llamada sin aislarte más de la cuenta del mundo exterior.- Calidad de reproducción: muy buena calidad en la reproducción de música. No he echado de menos ajustes de audio porque el sonido es muy bueno.- Calidad en la llamada: Aquí he notado una mejoría importante respecto a mis TicPods2, ya que la doble cancelación de ruido hace que su uso para llamadas en exteriores sea significativamente mejor que en dicho modelo. Oyes y te oyen perfectamente.- Duración de la batería: Casi eterna. Aguantan perfectamente 8-10 horas de uso intensivo sin descargarse y, después de varios días, aún no he tenido que poner la base de nuevo a cargar.- Uso gestual: Muy cómodo para contestar o rechazar llamadas, aunque es cierto que se echa de menos algún gesto para terminar la llamada o el disponer de un control táctil para el volumen.- Tamaño y comodidad de los auriculares: Era una de mis grandes preocupaciones, pero he de decir que son bastante discretos una vez colocados en la oreja y que son muy muy cómodos, lo cual para mí es un aspecto clave, ya que soy bastante sensible a este tema.- Uso deportivo: perfectos, su encaje en la oreja es ideal para puedas usarlos al practicar deporte siempre dentro de unos límites razonables.En resumen, creo que son unos magníficos auriculares "todoterreno", con una relación calidad/precio excelente, que pueden usarse tanto en el trabajo como para escuchar música en distintas situaciones y que además tienen el respaldo de Mobvoi, que tiene un magnífico servicio de soporte, y que sigue progresando en la calidad de sus dispositivos así que sin duda los recomiendo.

Da mein neues Handy keinen Klinkenanschluss mehr für kabelgebundene Kopfhörer hat, habe ich mir die kabellosen In-Ear-Kopfhörer Earbuds Gesture von Mobvoi hier bei Amazon zugelegt.Da ich bereits mit der TicWatch Pro 4G super zufrieden bin, habe ich mich hier bewusst wieder für ein Produkt von Mobvoi entschieden, was sich auch wieder als Treffer erwiesen hat.Schon als ich die hochwertige Verpackung der Kopfhörer in der Hand hatte, wusste ich das hier alles richtig ist.Ich habe diese Kopfhörer jetzt seit einer Woche im Einsatz und bin absolut begeistert.Der Klang steht den kabelgebundenen Kopfhörern in nichts nach. Die Handhabung ist einfach, der Tragekomfort ist angenehm, die Stimmqualität des Micros kam bei den Gesprächspartnern auch gut an. Unabhängig davon, dass die Silikon Ohrstöpsel einfach besser abdichten und das Klangempfingen ein anderes ist, hat sicher jeder ein anderes Tragegefühl und fühlt sich ggf. mit den Silikon-Ohrstöpseln sicherer beim Tragen. Die Earbuds Gesture hier jedenfalls sitzen nach kurzem Ausrichten sicher im Ohr. Ich hatte nie das Gefühl, dass Sie herausfallen könnten.Das Design der Kopfhörer an sich ist schlicht. Außer einer Beschriftung L/R auf der Innenseite des Kopfhörers steht nichts auf den Kopfhörern. Die Länge der Kopfhörer ist knapp 4cm, die Breite mit Ohrstöpsel ca. 2,7 cm. Ähnliche Maße haben sicher fast alle kabellosen Kopfhörer.Es sind zwei verschiedene Größen Silikon Ohrstöpsel im Lieferumfang enthaltenDas Ladecase ist ca. 8cm breit, 3cm hoch und 3,6cm tief. Es liegt sicher in der Hand und ist sehr stabil. Es ging in der Tasche nicht auf. Die Kopfhörer klappern nicht im Case.Funktionen:Die AI Features / Gesten funktionieren gut und ermöglichen einen ohne Probleme einen Anruf anzunehmen oder abzulehnen. Nicken um den Anruf anzunehmen oder Kopf schütteln um den Anruf abzulehnen. Touch Eingabe am Earbud selber 2x tippen Play/ Pause , drei Mal tippen vor- und zurück, lange halten aktiviert den Sprachassistenten.Headset Funktion mit der Dual Mic Noise Cancellation bedeutet, dass jeder Earbud jeweils ein Micro für die Rauschunterdrückung und eins für die Sprache hat. Funktioniert prima. Die Gesprächspartner selber haben nichts weiter gemerkt. Weder positiv noch negativ.App:In der App sieht man den aktuellen Ladestand der Kopfhörer jeweils links und rechts sowie eine Möglichkeit zum Pairing (was ja in den Bluetooth Einstellungen des Smartphons auch schon möglich ist). Verbindung per Bluetooth 5.0, auch jeder Earbud selber kann getragen werden wenn man Ihn nur zum frei sprechen nimmt oder nur auf einem Ohr Musik hört. Selbst als ich mich mehrere Meter im Haus frei bewegt habe, hatte ich keine Aussetzer.Das Pairing der Kopfhörer beginnt mit dem Öffnen des Ladecase. Hat bei verschiedenen Geräten einwandfrei geklappt. Getestet habe ich die wohl häufigsten Verbindungsbeispiele also Smartphone Laptop, und auch der TicWatch Pro 4G.Letzteres macht mit einer geeigneten Radio/ Stream/ Player App auf der Uhr tatsächlich auch Sinn und dank des 4G der Uhr ist man tatsächlich auf kein Handy angewiesen. Das funktioniert sehr gut und ist für Jogger usw. sicher nicht verkehrt da kein extra Handy mitgenommen werden muss.Akku:Wird in der App für jedes jeden der beiden Buds separat angezeigt. Die Kapazität der Akkus reicht mit je 90mAh pro Earbud der klassischen Anwendungsbeispiele wie Bus, Bahn etc. locker aus. Ich habe mehrere Stunden gehört und hatte keine Akku Probleme.Logischerweise ist die Spieldauer von der jeweiligen Lautstärke und der Art der Musik usw. abhängig.Nachladen kann man die Kopfhörer im 600 mAh Ladecase somit zumindest theoretisch drei Mal vollständig bevor auch das Case über den USB-C Ladeanschluss geladen werden musss. Der Anschluss ist ja mittlerweile so langsam Standard bei jedem Smartphone. Wie oft die Kopfhörer bei vollem Case geladen werden können habe ich nicht getestet und werden sicher auch die wenigsten machen da Sie nach der Bahnfahrt usw. ja wieder ins Case zurückgelegt werden und sich dort wieder aufladen.Ich schätze, dass die Gesamtkapazität Case /Kopfhörer eine gute Woche ausreicht was wohl jedem reichen sollte.Klang:Finde ich sehr ausgewogen. Der verwendete Codec ist aac. Durch die Ohrstöpsel dichten Sie sehr gut Umgebungsgeräusche ab und geben auch recht druckvoll Bass wieder. Bei Rockmusik hat mir das gut gefallen. Rauschen usw. konnte ich da nicht hören. Die maximale Lautstärke habe ich nie wirklich gebraucht. Da sind auf jeden Fall genug Reserven vorhanden.Fazit:Ein rundum gutes Produkt, was definitiv zu empfehlen ist, weiter so Mobvoi!
