only problem is they fade out in a short period of time,i have had 4 in the past 6 years.

Con-Top faded in less than 2 months top drains poorly-collected water on back end pro-cost top material has yet to rip even with substantial fade

I was in need of a replacement after a few years of weather beating. I've had others before, but this one fits perfectly on my gazebo, not like the others I've gotten. It was very well made. The material was better than expected for the price which was half of what I've paid before. Very happy with this purchase.
