This key is absolutely not universal in fact it did not even fit properly,made poorly and immediately broke off into my York towel dispenser!i can't get it out! I barely made any effort,it barely fit & when you attempt to unlock it, its like cheap metal it just twists right off. Thanks for Nothing! Now i have a worthless towel dispenser and a stuck piece of broken cheap key Indy. 😡😡😡

The extra key for our Tork Towel Dispenser had been lost. We had one key for both restrooms! I found Amazon had spare keys, I was elated!!! These keys work as if they were the originals . Thank you!!!
