can you make them stay white or are they only color

The lights are color lights, and they cycle automatically.

Can you use only the white lights if you desire this effect?

I do not believe that is possible. they rotate and there is no way to lock them. In fact, none of the color schemes show all white light.

How long is the wire from the lights to the connecting wire on the transformer?

I bought two sets of these lights and I have already placed them in my three tiered fountain but I messured the best I could from the transformer to the first light of the string and it is approx. 8 or 9 feet, they really need more line but I made do with them.

Can I use them in Europe? (220 Volts?)

I don't know if they work in Europe or not! They don't work in the USA~! The suction cups don't stick at all!t
