I used this post pregnancy and it helped me with running and playing football again, would recommend. Made me very sweaty though could tell I was working hard. It supported my stomach and made it more comfortable with impact.

Long, ideal for a bigger person.
I'm disappointed upon first use. It's not easy to put on properly, or tightly (if it's tight at the bottom, it's loose at the top and vice versa). However, it's not uncomfortable, and I'll see if it helps me over a longer period of time.

Good for the gym
This band is good for the gym - medium compression, some back support and I could do all exercises without it cutting into me. I think where the main benefit comes is the thermogenic effect it creates. I could feel my mid section warming up and sweated buckets. This band can benefit women who had kids like me. I definitely need something to hold me in. Young women might not see much effect. I recommend washing it before use to wash away any chemicals. Also I use it over my thin gym shirt. The phone pocket is great.

Sehr guter Taillengürtel, passt sehr gut und ist super angenehm zu tragen. Mein erster Taillengürtel, den ich problemlos drunter anziehen kann, ohne dass man es sieht. Man schwitzt sehr gut drunter und ich kann diesen tollen Taillengürtel nur empfehlen!
