TAKE your time and WAIT the time. IT WORKS
I agree with everyone that for the money the product is very cheaply made and very flimsy and if not correctly installed they will crack, no matter who installs them, you or these so-called professionals. From the get go, I thought the shades didn't have enough of the tape on it, and the short sides didn't have any tape on it, I guess it's a reason. Well number 1, once you install them correctly, the tape not going to whole it in place, and if you have windows like mine, when you hit the up button, the window automatically rolls all the way up without stopping, so you're gonna have to carefully tap the button so the window goes up little bit at a time, if not, you're gonna definitely crack the shades if the windows goes up fast. So if the shade is correctly in place and you slowly roll your windows all the way up, you get a tight fit. Number 2 is very important, let your windows stay up for a minimum of three days, don't forget and go thru a fast food restaurant and let down your windows and then let your windows back up, well the seal will not be 100% bonded yet and your window will definitely crack or bend the shades so badly, you will have to buy new ones, if you don't change your mine about having them. I done it myself, it was easy and I waited my three days and now my cheaply made plastic shades works great and look great. Good luck and I just want to say they product works, but you have to be patient and do it right. I guess it does matter what car you have, but I installed them on a 2019 Kia Optima and they work great. Oh yeah, one more thing, I mess around and read someone review about taking the AVS logo off the shades with WD40, well it worked, but it scratched the crap out the area where the logo was. LOL

Waste of money
Easy to install & look nice, but do NOT work. After rolling down the window, the 1 edge, that doesn’t come with adhesive on it, catches & doesn’t allow the window to go back up.The adhesive is only on the long edge & 1 short edge. Poor quality & waste of money. We actually ended up buying a 2 sets because 1 broke when installing. So now out $80 & still can’t use them

Not enough glue
Minus not having enough glue for the rain guards, easy install and works well.

Fit good but needs more tape
Fit great! However, the front doors need to have the adhesive tape on all sides because they didn't stick on the back side of the window channel and when the window was put up, it caught the visor and snapped it. Wife left them on for now but it is broken on the drivers side. 1st time I've been disappointed with an AVS product.

Brittle, fit & finish isn’t what it used to be…
Installed on a 2019 Kia Optima. I have used AVS products for many years. These seem much cheaper and the edges are all sharp. I don’t remember this much wind noise on previous installs. Fit & Finish is weak at best. Missing tape on one of the 3 sides. Do yourself a favor…sand down the flat edge that’s going to touch the window BEFORE you install. If you don’t, the window will come up fast, hit the edge and bounce back down…while it cracks the vent visor and possibly damaging your window motor. After I found this, I pulled them all off (Drivers side cracked & all). I removed all the tape, sanded down all the sharp edges, cleaned with alcohol, and re-installed brand new 1/4” 3M emblem tape. Although the driver side is cracked, I installed tight enough so it doesn’t really show much unless you’re looking for it. My windows now go up & down with no problems.

Check and double check
Work good except the window hits them when putting them up. Had to get more tape to put on the back side to try and make them stick better. Couldn’t put window up until I did that as the visor wasn’t flush. They look great. Just wish didn’t have to worry about hem break when putting up the windows.
