Got me out of trouble!
My wife kept her canisters on top of the refrigerator. I used the sugar one, and thought I put it back properly, but the canister was partly on the freezer door. I opened it to get ice cubes for me...er....you know, and the ceramic canister fell and broke and scattered sugar all over the kitchen floor. So I replace the ceramic ones with copper ones, lighter, tighter covers, and I am now out of the doghouse!

I LOVE THESE!!
I waffled between these and some ceramic canisters for a couple weeks and chose these and I’m so glad I did!!! They are light weight but well made and sturdy and very aesthetically pleasing in my kitchen. I love the firm rubber ring on each lid that seals out airflow. They are very easy to open as well, the lids don’t get suctioned on!

Love the color and design. They have the best seal I have found in the last 5 years out of 3 different sets. My husband even likes them.
