Oh, this is GOOOD...however....
It's $5.99 on the Montana Mex site...feeling foolish for letting myself be ripped off. But, it sure is GOOD stuff. the flavors are distinct. The ginger is clean and there, the chili is in the background and the salt/sugar is a lovely balance. The orange peel is also distinct. A lovely seasoning. Looking forward to using.

perfect on pork loin
I put this on a pork loin fatty side up and cooked in the Traeger for 1 1/2 hrs on 350. Oh my gosh, that seasoning on the fatty side up was crispy and so flavorful with the pork. I'm still experimenting with this one, but nailed it on the pork loin!

This has become a staple in my house. It is sweet and salty with just a slight kick. My favorite way to eat it is sprinkled on corn on the cob! It's crazy good!! I've also used it on chicken before cooking it, and on popcorn.So far every way I've tried it, I've loved!! It's a small container, but well worth the price!!!

This is the most tasty seasoning I've used.
The flavor is outstanding. I really enjoyed this on sweet potatoes and carrots. I have also used this in apple pie.
