Just Rosemary leaves- cut and whole leaves. Can refill the jar of rosemary leaves with it.
I have tried a couple other products by Big G's and have been pleased with them. I was curious to try a spice. I wasn't quite sure what I receiving. It is called Rosemary leaves seasoning and dry rub. It is just regular plain rosemary leaves. This is what I was looking and hoping it was so I am very happy.I find the easiest way to review spices is comparing them to ones I have on hand. Rosemary is one of those spices I always have on hand. Mine is getting a little older so it isn't as fragrant or flavorful.Opening the jar of Big G's rosemary leaves, I can smell the rosemary aroma- slightly piney. To look at it, this is the not the whole rosemary leaf. They are chopped/cut as described. Dried but not overly brittle like the ones I have on hand. The Big G's rosemary is flavorful. Much much more flavorful than the ones I have on hand. To chew on one, it tastes wonderfully like Rosemary is supposed to. Some pieces are a little more piney. Others I can taste a slight menthol flavor. Big G's rosemary is definitely more flavorful than the brand I have on hand.Pricewise- it is very affordable. A few dollars less expensive than my normal brand I buy.

Quality on Steroids!
I'm a little embarrassed to admit this but I never knew how flavorful rosemary could taste.I've been cooking for decades and I've always just grabbed the name brand spices.Actually, I really never thought rosemary added much to a recipe because the 'name brand' rosemary was pretty tasteless. Not this rosemary!Guys, I could tell the difference the moment I opened it.This rosemary fills my kitchen with such a fresh, earthy aroma. And there are no woody stems like there are in the name brand.I've made chicken and roasted veggies with this rosemary over the past week and they were the best I've ever made. Ha, my family thinks they've gone to culinary heaven.I'm a HUGE fan of Big G,'s. They do spices and rubs the way you would make them yourself. They don't just offer quality, their spices are quality on steroids. We love them!AND, their price is so much better than the name brands because they are so flavorful, you can use a lot less. This is really phenomenal rosemary. It's so fresh tasting, so aromatic, and priced better than the rest.Win. Win. Win.You won't be disappointed with this rosemary.100+ stars on this one!I hope this helps you.

Potent, leaves only, well picked and dried
This is potent, and it was well picked during harvest and dried well. There are no stems in it, only well-cut leaves. It's not woody at all. It's not as good as fresh, but it's the next best thing and it's convenient. It's as good as any dried rosemary that I've used.Rosemary is good on bread, beef, chicken, on potatoes, and in a lot of Italian herb mixes. This has a convenient flip top that works well for the product, and it came well-sealed and labeled.

Fresh and aromatic
Fresh and aromatic, this rosemary has that wonderful pine scent that is wonderful for lightening up heavier dishes. My favorite use is rosemary shortbread. I wasn't familiar with this brand but I am definitely pleased. The "best by" date is 2 years in the future.

Aromatic and tasty
I'm pleased with the quality of this rosemary. It has an excellent, strong aroma in the jar, and a very nice, robust rosemary taste when used in a dish. I use rosemary primarily when roasting/BBQ chicken, since the rosemary pairs so well with chicken. It's also great for seasoning side veggies, but with a lighter touch than when seasoning chicken. The cost per ounce is decent especially in comparison to the small, 1-2 oz bottles. Rosemary is one of those herbs that I use often enough (and in sufficient volume) to justify getting a 5 or 6 oz bottle since it will get used before it goes stale. If you're a major rosemary user, the bulk packaging (12oz or more) options can be less expensive per ounce. The only potential con is that this does not appear to be organic. Regardless, it's a good quality rosemary that earns a solid 5 stars.

Good, potent flavor but lots of sticks/needle-y, hard texture
I like that this is just straight rosemary, no added salt, flavorings, etc. And the flavor is a solid, fresh, aromatic rosemary. The problem is with the texture....and I'm not sure how the company would get around this because rosemary comes as needles on a twig so once you dry those needles, they're naturally hard and pokey...but man, these are some tough needles! Even mixed into liquids or roasted, these will poke you and stab you and be hard to chew. There are also a few fibrous branch pieces in the mix as well. But I feel like this product is much more fresh and potent than a powdered or ground up rosemary and delivers better flavor so I'm not sure what to say other than....this stuff is a mix of good and bad.

Fresh and Delicious!
I haven’t used rosemary much before because I tend to use a blend of seasonings because it is so much easier to use. I have used other Big G’s seasonings, however, and they have always been much more potent and fresh tasting than other brands of seasonings I have purchased. I shouldn’t have hesitated because this Big G’s rosemary has potent and fresh flavors that I have come to expect. I love to sprinkle it on chicken and bake it, and since I sprinkle it all over the chicken along with some butter to hold it on the chicken, I am sure I will use this entire container before the leaves lose their delicious smell and flavor. I highly recommend this, and I am excited to try adding rosemary to vegetables, shish kabobs, and with melted butter on French baguettes. Yum!

Not My First Big G Product
This is not the first product I have ordered from BIG G. I have come to trust this brand name to give me fresh, delicious spices and condiments. These rosemary leaves are pungent and flavorful. I add them to roasted veggies, soups, stews, casseroles, meatloaf, sauces; the uses are endless. Oh, and bread! I love adding a heaping teaspoonful to my bread dough and pizza dough. The container is larger than most spices you can buy in the grocery store. These rosemary leaves will last me for a while and the price is great, too. You can't go wrong with BIG G spices and condiments. I hope my opinion is useful.
