This is a great bark controller. I am finally getting to sleep at night time. I have a yapper, and I tried sonic controllers, then the citronella spray collar, and it neither one fazed him and the spray ran out of citronella fast, since he just ignored it.I have this set on the low setting, he is a little dog, and it has just enough jolt to startle him. I tried it on my arm, and it is very mild. It gives several warning sounds prior to actually giving a very mild jolt.Just remember, if you want good results, follow the instructions. It is very important that you do!

the bark detection method is flawed and only works about 50% of the time. It also goes off when my dog shakes his head which leads to false/mixed signals as to what behaviour constitutes correction and what doesn't

I bought 2 of the no bark collars. One worked for about a month then just died. The other lasted a week longer then it started shocking the dog for no reason. She would be just sitting on my lap and it would shock her.

Super happy with these collars. I have three small dogs and they all bark at the wind! The sound these collars make are loud enough to get their attention and it gives them a good 20 seconds to correct their behavior before the vibration starts. It's perfect for our dogs. We used to get home and as soon as the car door shut the dogs would go crazy! Now we can walk into the house without a sound!

We put it on our female dog on the lowest setting and it's just way too sensitive it would go off even if she didn't bark. Even though we followed all instructions exactly and the collar was on tight. I will never forget the horrific scream she made when she got shocked! Then the dog collar just wouldn't stop beeping and zapping her. I would never get a shock collar for my dachshunds again it was such a traumatic experience.Static shock is a euphemism for electric shock collar both are exactly the same.Perhaps will try the vibrating collars as they are more humane.

Good results. Only had to shocked 4 times for dog to learn to stop bark and misbehavior around other dogs.

I was impressed as to how well this item worked. It only took one time to get her attention then the warnings the device provides was enough for her to comply. Now I just show it and she behaves ... of course I am referring to our small 2 year old female mixed breed dog. Highly recommended for your dog especially if he / she refuses to listen or stop barking.

Excellent collar it worth the money, having few complaints from the back patio neighbour, my daughter that has a puppy 9 month beagle we decided to buy a collar to give some training, she already use it for a few months, she has the best opinion about this collar and she say she don't need to use often after the young beagle a year now has learned quickly.
