Great coffee. Low acid but very rich.

I suffer from acid reflux and this product along with the Aero Press to make this coffee is wonderful, no acid reflux at all.

This coffee is great. No acid, no bitterness, no funny after taste. I mix it 30-60% with regular Simpatico medium roast, and always get a great pot of coffee. This is a keeper.

I enjoy rich cofffee flavor, but as I get older the acid takes its toll on my stomach. With Simpatico I can keep enjoying my coffee.
