Excellent pan. I wish I had found this earlier! It's heavyweight. Cooks at a lower temperature - because the surface get very hot. Cleans up like a dream. Best fry pan I've ever used!

This pan works great! I have an induction stove and it heats up much faster then my previous pans, its flat & heats evenly.

Great pan
This is my second Jamey Oliver fry pan. Both have the quality bottoms that are flat and remain flat for their entire life. It works well with induction stoves. I love these pans

Chipped Coating
Going with 3 stars since i'll never know how the pan cooks, but it seemed like it would be good. Moderate weight and well balanced in the hand...at least for the 15 seconds I held it. I never finished unwrapping it because I received a pan in a generic plastic bag, thrown in an enormous box, and the pan has large chip in the interior coating, right in the center. I purchased this assuming it was a first-quality product, but the packaging and condition suggest it is not. Bummed because the Jamie series is becoming harder to source, even though his shows are now on fairly commonly in the US

Bent pan
Just received this and one side is bent. This is horrible and needs to be replaced. I've read a previous review about this happening. I haven't cooked on it yet.
