I purchased this set of cuticle nippers and cuticle pushers because I was looking for something that was affordable but still good quality. I regularly do my own nails using acrylic dip powder, so having reliable tools to properly prep my nails is really important. Overall, this set does the job well and is a solid value for the price. I mainly use the cuticle pushers to clean and prep my nails before dipping them in acrylic dip. They work well for pushing back cuticles and helping remove buildup from the nail plate so the dip adheres properly. The only reason I gave this set 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pushers aren’t quite as sharp on the ends as some others I’ve used in the past. Because of that, I have to put in a little more effort during the prep process. That said, they still work and get the job done, so I’ll continue using them as part of my regular routine. The cuticle nippers, on the other hand, work really well. They are sharp and precise, making it easy to trim excess cuticle cleanly without tugging or pulling. They feel comfortable to use and perform exactly as intended, which is really what you want in a tool like this. Overall, this set is a good option if you’re looking for something inexpensive that still performs well. The nippers are sharp and effective, and while the pushers could be slightly sharper, they still work and are perfectly usable for regular nail prep. For the price, it’s a practical and worthwhile set to have in your nail care kit.

They are of good quality and worth the money

They are sturdy. They are sharp. They come with extra accessories all for the same price you will pay for a set at TJ Maxx. I am replacing my not very old TJ Maxx set with these, if that tells you anything. I would buy these again and again though I have a feeling I won’t have to.

Salon results at home! The pusher gently lifts the cuticle and the trimmer is sharp enough for clean cuts without tearing. A big upgrade for my DIY manicures.
