swollen area. They tend to work best when applied over a blood-rich spot, like the extremities, including the hands, feet, backs of knees, temple, neck and spine.  So if you choose to wear them on the neck just know make sure your hair is out of the way

I was using them regularly and noticed a difference in my sleep pattern. I was Falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. After a while I stopped using them as much thinking that my sleep would be regulated but, I began to notice that I’m not sleeping as calmly and peacefully as I was when I was using them. So I will go back to at least five days a week. For me they really make a difference.

how do I use these foot pads?

Hi Guy, thanks for your question. This is the steps for using the foot pads, please look at here:
1. Clean your feet thoroughly and dry.
2. Peel off film from adhesive sheet
3. Place foot pad on center of adhesive sheet
4. Attach the foot pad onto foot
5. Pads should be left in place for 6 - 8 hours.
6.Tear off after getting up in the morning, please do not reuse it.
7. Remove residue from feet afterwards
