Good for the money.
Look. I'm not an audiophile. I'm just looking to be able to listen to music and podcasts from my phone via Bluetooth in my car. I bought this as a direct replacement of the exact model that I had for 18 months. That doesn't sound like a long time, but I used it a lot during long commutes. The first install was done by a professional, but after learning how it fits in my car (04 CRV) I was easily able to change it out myself. The old one that I had wore out because I the mudwest Summer sun was too brutal on the faceplate (I never removed it when not in use). I also think that the area it sits in my dash gets very hot with the heater on. But I expect that would happen with any stereo I put in the car, so there's no point in spending more. If this one lasts a year, I'll be fine with that.

- Bluetooth music through my phone works great and it's what I use it for most
I've had this stereo installed for 3 months and here is what I feel about it.Pros:- Bluetooth music through my phone works great and it's what I use it for most. It connects to my phone fast and works every time.- Radio stations are clear and stations are easy to save.- Output sound is not bad on my stock speakers.- Easy to install and setupCons:- There is a buzzing sound that with the engine on it it correlates with engine RPM. Most likely sound interference but my previous Pioneer unit did not do this.- The blue light around the radio to me is too bright. When driving in the dark I have to cover the stereo. Wish there was a dimmer.- EQ preset will lose it's memory once in a while... maybe once a week. I have to readjust the bass, treble, and "loud on/ off" to my preference.- Bluetooth calls... the person on the other end has a really hard time hearing me. But I could hear them just fine. So I don't bother using it for calls.Overall the stereo works good and I will keep using it as is because for the price I can't complain.

Same as the $16-20 model, don't spend the extra money
-NOT 300 watts, that's a lie, see the included pictures of the internals I believe this is functionally identical to the Boss/other brands' lowest end models that are usually spec'd at a far, far lower wattage. If I'm not mistaken, some youtuber found it to be good for 16 watts per channel peak. I'm not expecting Bose for $36, but this is completely unacceptable. I was hoping for something a bit better quality than the cheapest mechless radio available since I paid more than double what that cost.- Doesn't include mounting screws. The body of the head unit laughably warns you not to install screws beyond 8mm into the casing... for no reason since there's essentially nothing but air except for the diminutive components at the front and rear of the casing. But no screws? Come on.- No dimming of the very, very bright blue accent lighting is offered in the manual and the radio has *no* wiring for the factory dimmer signal. If you don't want a super bright blue LED shining in your eyes at night, steer clear for this reason alone.- Bluetooth worked for phone calls but wouldn't play music at all. I followed the directions to the letter and tried multiple phones, no dice. Without BT music, this thing was a paperweight
