This product helps my back pain greatly

I've bought 3 of these over the years. The first lasted several years of 2-3 hours of almost daily use. The second was very noisy, sounding like plastic parts rubbing together. It works fine and doesn't overheat or produce any friction smell, but the noise keeps my spouse awake so I can't use it at night. I can't see any obvious source for the noise and since I'm neither an engineer or electrician, I'm not about to dismantle the motor. Hence the third one for bedtime use on my calf muscIes, which also helps me fall asleep. I really like the product, which lasted longer than the Homedics version, and wish there was somewhere I could get it fixed.

I had one of these for over 10 years and the cushion was softer. The softness allowed me to mold the metal heads closer around my neck. I have a small neck so this new snailex doesn't mold around my neck. The cushion is hard. I suppose with time it may soften up. I had my old one so long that it may have molded to my neck really well! Overall, I would definitely buy the snailex again.

So I received this in the mail today. I had purchased it in the hopes of relieving chronic back pain. within 20 minutes I decided that this is one of the best products I have ever had. I realized that I could use it on every single body part. Back upper and lower, neck, shoulder's, arms, legs, hands and feet. I also have chronic calf soreness it took care of this problem immediately. It has heat, massage and one cool feature. It has a flap to cover more sensitive areas. For me it was neck, feet and hands. I just ordered one for my mom and brother. It comes with a 2 yearly warranty which I didn't expect. Very happy with the quality and valuewhen and if this thing dies. I will order another. I usually get a couple massages a month at about $300. I will probably never pay for one again. This is a totally unsolicited review. I Try review almost anything I buy. This has two effects.1. I like to support products that I like because I want to insure it will be available when I need one. And I want to help other people to make reviews of things good things to help each other make better purchasing. $40 is a ton less $300 a month.Craig, PA

Fantastic massage pillow, bought online because I couldn't get in to see my massage therapist quickly (dang covid). It arrived quickly, no weird smells from foam cushioning, heat works and easy to switch on/off. Gives a good, fairly deep kneading motion to neck and shoulders and got me some relief from the tension. Overall a great purchase to help deal with minor aches.
