This cabinet is the perfect blend of capacity, quality, and price. Ease of assembly is the icing on the cake. This is exactly what I was hoping to find to protect my stereo from furry invaders. The amazon listing says this is freestanding, I'm not sure that's correct since the unit is "supposed" to be attached to a wall. That is not necessary for my use, so I skipped that. Very quick assembly. Instructions were easy to follow. Extra screws and pegs were provided. Drilling is required, but not difficult at all. The glass is well packaged, nestled between wood members, in a separate box within the overall box. The fasteners are quarter turn for the main members, while the rear thin wood is fastened with drill holes and screws. The pegs are loose fitting, seemingly by design. The wood is very sturdy and nicely finished. The top and bottom shelves rest on pegs and are height adjustable. The middle shelf (non-adjustable) is held with fasteners and pegs. The glass doors function flawlessly. The magnet which holds the doors pops in and out with a press.

Arrived earlier than expected which was appreciated. The cabinet was east to put together and is very sturdy. I really l8ke it and think it will be a piece of furniture we will have for a long time. It looks very nice.

It's an OK cabinet. Made of particle board so not very strong. Kind of a pain to assemble.

This item arrived quickly in secure packaging. I had worries that the glass doors may be damaged, but everything was packed tight and secure. The contents were in perfect shape with no scuffs on the cabinetry. All of the parts were included with no missing parts. They even included one extra screw for each type of screws needed. The instructions were step by step in picture format. Just look at them closely and you should have no issues. All i needed was a Phillips screwdriver for the assembly. It took me about an hour for assembly. The assembled unit is sturdy and will last for as long as I will ever need it. The weight of the item was light enough for me to move / assign my own. I chose the black finish and it looks nice in my living room. The inside dimensions were perfect to hold my PS4 along with its controller charging unit. It also was able to hold my PS5 along with its controller charging unit plus an external hard drive. There is also some extra space to hold some of my favorite games. This is definitely a great buy! Don’t hesitate to purchase!

Good: For the price, you can't expect too much. They did pack all the right parts and even extras of the screws and dowels. Bad: The instructions are lacking and it's trial and error to figure out which way shelves need to face. The screw heads strip rather easily, so be gentle when torquing them down. Ugh: None of the pre drilled guide holes were present on the back for the rear panels. You can leave them off, but they also serve as a backstop for the two adjustable shelves. Recommend some wood glue for extra sturdiness.

If you’re looking for a reasonable-priced medium-sized nice-looking cabinet for your audio components this is it! The wood material is solid, black paint surface smooth and consistent and the cabinet looks great once assembled. Instructions were good for the most part but ambiguous a few times (e.g., direction/front to back of shelves could be confusing—the correct orientation not becoming clear until the assembly is almost completed, requiring a novice like me to take the unit apart to correct the error). But after a couple of days, the upper metal hinge on one of the glass doors came apart (it was made of 2 parts—a post and a clamp—that fitted together but didn’t seem to be properly soldered or welded at all.) when I opened the door. Fortunately I caught the door when it fell so it didn’t break. I called the manufacturer (as indicated on the item’s page on Amazon), described and send pictures of the part, and a very helpful representative (Diego) told me I would receive a replacement part in 2 weeks. After 5 weeks and still no part, I emailed the company and the same rep wrote back within an hour apologizing for the delay, telling me that the part was on back order, but instead of making me wait another few weeks, he was sending me the complete unit which would include the broken part! He said I don’t have to return the replacement items and can use it or give it away, a very generous response! I had a use for a second cabinet (leaving off the glass doors) so this arrangements worked well for me and I am satisfied with the outcome due to responsive customer service!.

Excellent instructions; has many many parts and takes a long time to put together. After days of working on this I could not get it to stabilize correctly. It either strongly leaned to the left or the right. At this point I gave up, tore it down and threw it in the dumpster. Not a good buy; a true disappointment. Do not recommend.

Love this cabinet! I can keep my collectibles in here so the cats don't get to it and also makes a good cabinet for my internet modem and hides cables well.
