For reference I’m 5’2 & 115lbs, and I ordered a size small. Let me tell y’all this thing is SNUGGG. I lucked out cause if this would’ve been an inch smaller I would not have been able to get it to zip lol. But aye that’s what we want cause I’m tryna get snatched. I really like this waist trainer tho, the zipper is way more convenient than having to hook all those little latches. Another thing I like about this is you could literally be sitting around doing nothing wearing this and you’ll work up a sweat, but you won’t even notice until you take it off. I also like that it covers everything, I have a long torso and most waist trainers leave me with a lil flab coming over the top or out of the bottom lol this one cover everything. This is one of the more comfortable sauna waist trainers. I’ve used a bunch of different waist trainers and back supports over the years. This one feels comfy, has good compression, feels sturdy and I can easily move around and breathe with it on while working out. I’ve only worn it a few times so far and will update as I use it more. For now, I’m giving it a solid 4 stars until I get a better idea of how it will work over time. My only advice is it does run about a 1/2 size small, so order based on what you are currently and what your goal is. My waist is almost 30” and I ordered a medium which fits 30.5”-28”, my goal being 28”. For reference, I’m 5’7” and weigh 155lbs. As I lose weight and get more tone it should fit better. It’s a little snug but, I need the compression. Also, it is true to length on the front and back. It covers my Entire mid section perfectly! All around a really good product for the price.

This waist trainer gives lots of support to the upper abdomen but not enough to the lower abdomen, there needed to be a 3rd belt in the lower section that was much sturdy to prevent the belts from moving out of place as well as giving more compression to the lower abdomen. All in all this is a nice waist trainer just needs a little design improvement.UPDATE:The second belt (the bottom one) does not stay in place and rolls up to the first belt (the top one) which makes it a bit uncomfortable and not provide much support in the middle of the abdomen.

This waist trainer has made such a huge difference in just a few short weeks for me. When I first ordered this waist trainer I could barely get it on and now it fits like a glove and pretty soon I will get to size down to the next level. Talk about a workout wearing this! Wow, it makes me sweat and has helped me loose a couple of inches around my waist. I use this during my morning walks and when I get home my waist is soaking wet. I also wear it during an elliptical workout and weights and this keeps my core working. I did not size down while ordering this item. Instead, I ordered one size up and it works out perfectly. If I had ordered one size down, I would never be able to get it on or take it off myself.The waist trainer is made out of almost the same material as a diving suit. It really gets hot while wearing. After I am done using it, I hang it up to dry. Before I put this on, I first put on a very light camisole shirt then, I will put my waist trainer on. I do not want this directly on my skin so a thin shirt does the job without causing any bulkiness. The velcro on this waist trainer is very strong and holds well. It is very well made and will last me a long time until I am ready to go down to the next level. Excellent quality!Very happy with this purchase. The quality is worth every penny for me and once I am out of the size I am currently in, I will be ordering the next size down. As long as I keep wearing it, I see the results quickly. It also helps my back pain too! Would recommend this to my fellow shoppers.

I am 185 and usually wear Medium-largeSo I wasn’t sure if I should order a medium or small but I am definitely glad I ordered a medium. It fits great and snatches everything!

I love this ! I wear it at work for 10hrs is so comfortable. I need a smaller size now and will be buying !

Ok this is really cute. I just had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago and needed some extra support and compression due to swelling. First time a bit hard to get on by myself but if I laid down it was easier. I should have bought a size medium but got a small. I’m 5’6.5 135lbs 37/27/36. It’s a bit too small for what I need it for right now but it’ll be great for after I’m healed and not sore. One thing I don’t like is the straps, I wish they were detachable. It would give it more variety in use. It’s hard to hide under clothes with straps.
