The acrylic on the charms is textured and cloudy so you can't see the images well. The ends of the metal loops that hold the charms are overlapping so they catch on stuff and will inevitably get pulled open and lose the charms.And no. It's not a film.

this came in and at first it looked foggy and no pigmentation. then i noticed that it has a small film on the charms to protect them!! so if any one gets them, make sure to remove the film! i just grabbed a nail file and one i got it off i removed the rest of it. the skz light stick does look pixelated but it doesnt really bother me.

This product was pretty good and I read complaints that the image was fogged up. There was one review that caught my attention and the reviewer said there was a film on the images that fogged it up so I picked mine up to see if there was something on it. There is a film on it you just have to use something to pick the film off and you just peel it off after.

For those of you who think that it is foggy when you get it, that’s because there is a small plastic film over it, it takes a minute to get it off, but it is not foggy once the film is off!

This was originally being sold for TEN dollars......when it when under five dollars, I was super excited....... But when I got it..... I was totally bummed out. It looks and feels like something out of a fifty cent machine.... The metal pieces holding it together were not closed all the way so it fell apart. Super disappointing .......looked way cuter online.

So the keychain arrived on time which is great and it's cute but the clamp part of the keychain doesn't open all the way. So if you're planning to get this just know that you're going to have to use the key ring part to attach it to your backpack or whatever.

Smaller than expected but I could have lived with that. However, they also are not colorful as shown, just plain bland white, which is not what I ordered...

Keychain arrived with pieces floating around inside the package. Broken all over!! Package looked like it had been stepped on or maybe chewed on by an animal. Did not even try to open it.. started return immediately and will not purchase again.

This is a super cute keychain - I know everyone is saying it arrived "foggy" and "ugly" - but there is a plastic film over the plastic charms that needs to be removed. Once I removed it, it's beautiful!The plastic is decent quality.
