This large bottle should have included a pump. No pump came with the product.
We have used this Kevin Murphy product for years. It is a large capped bottle that should come with a pump.No pump was included.

May not be Kevin Murphy Brand. I found it to be less thick than those bought at authorized KM dealer.If it is KM then it has been water down or KM changed the formula. As a shampoo it works fine.

Great product; great Seller!
Received a small bottle as a gift awhile back and it does a great job on my hair. Recommended by a hairdresser who is very conscientious about the products she uses and sells in her salon. Love the company philosophy. Bought the large size for economy of scale and it was lost in shipping - no fault of the Seller. Contacted Seller thru Amazon and they offered refund or replacement. I opted for replacement and it came right away! Will use Seller again once this runs out!!

Not SURE this is the bona fide Kevin Murphy Angel Wash shampoo?
Yankee thrift prompted me to buy this super-sized bottle of Kevin Murphy Angel Wash shampoo. I've been using this product for about 4 years now, and typically get the smaller, 8.4 oz bottle.Upon taking the lid off, there was NO seal on this shampoo. The smaller bottles ALWAYS have a seal that has to be PRIED OFF, so immediately I smelled a woodchuck. When I poured a quarter-sized quantity into my hand, I stared bugeyed. This is NOT - repeat NOT - the same silky smooth, rosy pink shampoo that I have in the smaller bottle. If I was more clever, I'd take a picture and post it right here.In fact, the shampoo in this super-sized bottle has a VERY odd, fluffy, almost bubbly looking consistency to it. It's a lighter shade of pink, too. Now, I have the nose of a bloodhound, and I can't detect a different smell, but it's almost as if the shampoo was combined with an unscented one, cap put on and sold as the actual Kevin Murphy Angel Wash shampoo. I'd need a laboratory to actually analyze any chemical difference, but It does NOT look like the Angel Wash shampoo I've been using for 4 years. Just sayin'.I tried it out and found nothing alarming about the final result! My hair feels fine, so I'll keep on using it. I just wanted to get this observation out here, cuz there is some monkeying around with products, and something tells me, a monkey has tinkered with this one. If anyone can confirm: does the larger bottle typically come SEALED? Cuz mine wasn't.
