I like this heating pad because it has thickness so that it gives you lumbar support as you’re being Being massaged and the heat which really helps. I don’t think I can call it a cure all as I don’t think any heating pad can do that, but it certainly feels good and is very soothing. I didn’t want a cordless, although it would be very convenient, but every review I read always complained about the batteries. The extension that comes with it is very nice and works well. It’s the same thickness as the rest of the heating pad, which is nice because the other one that I had purchased earlier had a peice of one side of a Velcro strip. I saw no way of it working other than to sew it on there. My only complaint is, I think they should make them a little bit bigger I I wear a size 16 and have to use the extension. A lot of people are larger than that. that being said it’s a very nice heating pad for your lower back because you can with the extension push it down further toward your hips, to really get the lower lower back. I like this so well, I ordered another one so obviously I think it’s a good product and I would recommend it. I didn’t think I would like the massage that much because my bed does that as well but it’s more intense when it’s in the lumbar support of your back.

Helps sleep

This really did the trick, the combo of heat and vibration was a welcome relief. Pros: Good heat, at times I had to turn it off when it felt too hot. Worked wonderfully at relieving my back pain. Cons: Let me begin by qualifying this first "Con" I am 260lbs. so I had to use the included extension. The velcro was weak and I had to re stick it at times. The stitching that held the velcro began to fray after a few days. One of the vibrating pods makes an annoying squeal that comes and goes. But I paid 35 bucks I think and I am overall happy with it and would replace it again if it went bad.

Bought this for my husband and his persistent back pain. He loves this item and said he gives it 5 stars . The vibration cycle is just perfect, meaning the time from when it’s turned on til it shuts off is a decent amount of time. The heat has high and low setting and the vibration has three settings. Well made and the Velcro strips work well. He had been using my neck massager pad but not enough area coverage and the timer shut down quickly, just not made for backs. He was very happy when I surprised him with this and it has helped chronic back pain feel better. Highly recommend, if you’re considering a back massager, this one is a good choice.

The fabric, feel and construction of the pad is absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the electrical and electronics do not rise to the same level of excellence. The manufacturer definitely went cheap on this aspect. Maybe some of you out there are old enough to remember the old Atari game controllers with their "bubble" switches. About as cheap as can be. Prone to early use failure. That's what comes with the belt controller. Also the "Low" and "High" intensity vibration settings seem nearly identical. There is no continuous vibration setting, something which I would liked to have had. The heat works but it's not what I use. I use the vibration to get my back realigned while fully inverted on my Teeter. All shortcomings aside it works for me. If the belt provides a reasonably functional life long enough I could consider purchasing it again but I would would be looking for something with better controls first.

This is perfect for anyone that has a sore back. It's easy to put on and does not twist and turn like a regular heating pad. Cord is long enough so that you can lay in bed with it and not get tangled up and there are no bulky batteries pressing against your back. It has a a timer and an automatic shut off. It is easy to clean with a damp towel. It has an extra attachment if you're a larger person so that it'll fit all the way around your back. And the functionality is great you can use it in the bed or in a chair.

Terrible. No low setting so gets too hot to use. Twisted up and has become too uncomfortable so requesting a refund after 3 months of use

Easy to use and pretty comfy. Doesn’t get too hot & has a 30min auto shut-off so you won’t use it for too long. It’s more vibration rather massage, but it helps ease my menstruation pain :)
