It’s broken
It came one side stone separate from the jade roller

I ordered 2, one of them came with the stone out of its place and every time i use it,it falls down. I can't use it anymore.

jade roller not working smoothly
The jade roller wasn't working so smoothly like it should have been. I had to apply a bit more pressure for it to roll. I am a little disappointed. please let me know what option I have regarding this issue. The card that came with it does say that I can get a replacement.
