Great product but my area flooded back in 2016 and I lost It

i refer to this book often. very easy to study.

Very practical and easy to learn, easy to follow / the common and not so common problems will surely help in the career as an HVAC tech / safety tips and use of proper tools surely help do the job right the first time

What you see is what you get on this one. Make sure you pay attention to the 3 holes in the book. Bummer if you're OCD as most of us are. Otherwise, the book is in good condition although a bit beat up from shipping.
