BBQ game changer!
We have a small BBQ that is enclosed with a lid and after doing some research, realised that it could be used to smoke meat. After shopping around we decided to try these oak chips. Without sounding dramatic, this was the epiphany moment of BBQ/camping cooking! Set up the BBQ as normal and just before you put the food on, throw a small handful of these oak chips onto the coals and then just cook as normal.
