how often do I use it ?

I generally use mine 2x a week, depending on how my skin feels. I also stay away from eye area and creases in my nose b/c they can really become irritated if not careful. Afterward I apply one of my organic face oils (usually jojoba or kukui nut oil) b/c they are really nourishing and calming so you wake up with extra soft/glowing skin!
