These are great tools for overcoming anxiety/nerves/panic as long as you don't come to rely on them like a crutch rather than dealing with the actual issues. One thing is the container can be annoying and they can fly everywhere if you're on the move. I cut myself on it on one occasion when I tried to release it as it wouldn't through pressure. Otherwise great taste and not terrible ingredients, I prefer these as do not like the alcoholic content of the drops.
