Q: Is D-terminal to component cable included as shown in the pictures thus allowing xbox,ps1,gamecube to be connected?

You don't need the D-Terminal to connect those consoles. You can connect the composite cables directly to the Mini XRGB i do it for my NES. PS1 and same gen consoles have better quality with RGB / SCART (i use a PS1 to SCART cable (RGB). PS2 and same gen consoles have better quality using component cables, if you tv doesn't have component use RGB.

Q: Does this come with a euro scart to rgb mini?

No, but it does come with JP21 SCART to RGB mini. I suggest you order JP21 style terminated cables from retrogamingcables.co.uk for your cabling needs.

Q: Is this compatible with US consoles and displays

Yeah, just don't use the RGB adapter that comes with it.
