These work!
Put these behind two outside wall radiators in an addition room that was always chilly. Immediate improvement! Now that room is the same temperature as the rest of the house. Now going to work on other radiators. I used Command hooks behind the radiators. Worked great.

does it work, maybe, maybe not
i cant say its helped, but i cant say its hurt either so, it might help a bit, but its not some huge noticeable difference if it helps. If you have major issues you need to deal with, this isnt the solution. but along with weather-stripping, new windows, maybe plastic sealed windows etc, maybe all in combination, it cant hurt.

Warmer
Rooms seem a little warmer. Instructions are easy to follow. You need to purchase self- adhesive hooks for installation. Not sure of the impact to heating bill yet

Ok, not entirely thought through.
Pros: is removable from wall and seems durable (unlike other variations of this product).Cons: does not come with any means of affixing to walls. Had to provide my own 3M hooks to rest the plastic hangers in (and I needed extra 3M double-sided tabs to pin bottom corners down). Also, hard to tell if it really helps. Might pair best with radiator covers- without them, one must trim the backing short so it's not visible around the edges, which doesn't allow for much reflective surface area.

Increases room heat
Work well. Feel more heat coming into the room and not put the outside wall.

Easy to install
You have to buy extra tape. I do not find that it improves the radiator's efficiency as much as I had hoped. It would be nice if it was a little more décorative for situations where it must be visible
