This is working for me!
I've been using this for two months. I take one pill first thing in the morning before my morning workout and one pill at night before dinner and I continue to lose weight! This version is a lot more natural. I don't feel anything and it doesn't make me feel jittery at all which is good. I really see a difference in my energy and I find myself eating less. I'm sure the results are different for everyone but I've lost 15 pounds so far.

This does seem to help a lot.
The thing I like its that it seems to handle water retention and helps keep the blood sugar constant. On a 1200 calorie diet, avoiding carbs and sugar and sticking to meat and salad and taking this, I lost weight over a 2-3 week period and have kept it off. You still have to diet to lose the weight and cut back on calories, but it does help.

It definitely helps
So I’ve gone low carb and cut sugar out of my diet. I started to walk regularly as well. I started a few weeks ago at 287 as of today (2/7/21) I’m down to 273, I don’t get jittery and I take it with breakfast and lunch. I will continue to take this and keep this review updated as best as possible.

They work!!! I’ve lost 9 pounds in three weeks. Of course I am also watching my calories and light workouts. I recommend this!!!

Count your capsules!
I just got these today and opened the bottle to find 1 open, broken, empty capsule. This immediately made me take them all out and count every one in the bottle. Only had 58 capsules! Its not a life or death situation but when you pay money for something you expect to get at least as many as you pay for..

No difference, in anything
I am on a strictly low carb/keto diet, intermittent fasting program, I have lost weight, I thought by buying this natural product it would help boost that plateau I been stuck in lately , the one you can't seem to loose not even one more pound, unfortunately this product did not help at all, I did not see no change, not even in energy. Now I love the hydroxycut mixed berry drink mix,they work and are awesome! I gave this a full month and then some and no results, it actually made me sleepy. Every one is different , but definitely will not be buying again,a waste of money to me
