Farmer Brad GF-001 Automatic Chicken Waterer 2 Gallon BPA Free

The little d won’t stay in when the bucket is filled with water and hanging. The plastic is not thick enough to hold the bucket’s shape. I use duct tape to keep it on. (Purchased in October 2017) The mechanism on the inside that controls the water level and automatic filler is similar to what is inside a toilet tank. This works great which is why I have kept it. My chickens easily learned how to use it.

Works great with one small exception; it leaks around the fitting where the hose is. Going to add a rubber washer and see if that works. Chickens love having fresh water as needed.

I'm on my 3rd watering device and so far so good. What I like about this product over the others is that 1) it's not on the ground so I don't have to worry about my chickens tipping it over, 2) my polish chickens would contantly have wet Afros from the ground watered, 3) self watering system so I do t have to contantly refill their water dish

It was exactly what I needed. I only have 10 chickens but the 3 nipples seem to be enough. I was so tired of needing to change their everyday. Do the automatic waterer keeps water be fresh.

The chickens took to using this immediately and completely gave up the traditional water dish within two days. Now they enjoy clean water all the time, and this makes caring for them so much easier.

Great idea, overpriced by about $15.

it leaked at hose coupler. thin mat. I want to return it.

Put 12 water cups on the side , all chickens can drink all day . Works great.
