My husband bought a fancy expensive truck a couple years ago. All that money and every time I ride in it, I'm absolutely miserable! We have made a couple cross country trips and I sit there uncomfortable for hours! When I'm sleepy, it's terrible because the head rest hits on the back of my head and pushes my head forward with no cushion or support behind my neck! I have a trip coming up soon and I said NO MORE!I tried a couple things, a rolled up towel behind my neck helped but fell every time I moved. I ordered this.... Why oh why didn't I find this sooner!?!? A total life saver! It's soft and adjustable.It would be nice if it adjusted downward just a bit more but I'm not complaining, this thing has SAVED ME!

This pillow can be adjusted Up/Down and most importantly how far it sticks out from car's headrest.It makes me feel like sitting those racing car seat that has built in headrest.It's very comfortable. The position won't change since it's all fixed.If you had those regular pillows, it will move around as you move your head around due to road condition. That's why I am said I felt like a race car driver.I see those Dog bone shaped pillows on people's car all the time. It's everywhere and looks kinda cheap.Get this if you don't want to look cheap.

Not hard or easy to install. Its comfortable, never feels like I have to adjust, cause it's like a magnet for my neck. It's always right there, I don't have to feel I need to move my neck to find it like other products. Or keep it from moving all over the place. The look and feel is all 5 stars for me. Putting it on was just annoying for me

UPDATE: Would recommend that everyone should get this for the driver's seat, as a minimum. It looks very 'organic' to my upscale interior. I noticed on the 'bad' reviews, most often is "doesn't adjust high/low enough for me." Well, first you need to adjust your headrest properly to help protect you in a crash; hint, the headrest in it's lowest setting possible is not generally correct ;), that's why they adjust up/down. Next; most seats have height adjustable bottom cushions on driver's seat to better fit different sized drivers; use it and be amazed! While you're at it, check for lumbar support controls too.Bought for Audi Q7, which has excellent seats in it, but like almost all cars, they offer zero support for your neck/C-spine region. The adjustability of this product up/down/in/out, as well as the shape make it very easy to customize to your personal fit. I can't imagine not having it mounted to the seat; it makes a huge difference for me both on quick trips and longer trips. The cover is washable, but I just cover it with a small microfiber towel, which I change out weekly, or when it gets soiled from dirt/sweat, etc. I will be buying one for our other car, as well.

Very comfy foam, easy to install design. Wanted to take the pain out of a jeep Wrangler JK headrest that cant so far forward they basically hit the back of your head in a small area and are painful. This looked ideal. The only issue is it does not adjust up in height far enough. I am 6' tall and at its highest setting before falling out it is sitting between my shoulders into the lower neck. This is actually not comfortable and did not fill that back of the head to neck contour these terribly designed head restraints in the jeep leave unsupported. Ideally this needs to be base of skull down the neck filled in and it is just not able to adjust that high so it digs in to the fist vertebrae between the shoulders.

Love it. I tried other neck supports and they all are either too bulky or don't stay in place and press on shoulders. This one is amazing, touches neck only, very soft, highly adjustable too. Simply perfect, get it!

I bought this for neck support and was sadly disappointed. My Subaru has the most uncomfortable headrest that juts your head forward. And, yes I adjusted the headrest.It was no help, so it was promptly returned.I bought a different item at half the price for 2 very comfortable neck supports.

This one works great, the adjustability & soft memory foam make it so much nicer than others I tried that were just too large, this one is able to adjust perfectly to your needs. I have had cervical fusions and this made driving a lot more comfortable. .
