I paid premium price for what I thought I was getting a premium product made by Comfilife for my car seat which is causing me problems driving. I ordered a back cushion at the same time but this came from a different seller and arrived much later than this one so I wasn't able to compare them until a few days ago. The back cushion is better quality. This one was UNBRANDED ( see photograph - unlike the advertised article which is branded) so I am not even sure this is the genuine article.It arrived wrapped in clingfilm and not in a branded box like the other cushion. This one very quickly squashes down and provides little support and is obviously substandard. I do not believe this is genuine article. I will be submitting a complaint to the seller. But I think I have been ripped off. Addendum. I tried to get a return. I got a label that won't work that is to an address in China not UK and requires postage to be added. I will be putting in a complaint to Amazon as well. I have reduced my rating. The seller has refunded me in full.
