Is this fabric waterproof and ripproof?

the fabric is waterproof and pretty much rip proof. It also resists abrasion but it's not abrasion-proof (in my experience almost all fabrics fail on abrasion.)

can you recover a seat in a kubota rtv 900?

i would guess you could, it is a heavy duty waterproof fabric

What is the thickness of this fabric? Also, is it flexible enough to weld around the edges and inject air into it(sort of like a swimming tube)?

This fabric is material you would use to make a backpack or soft sided luggage (that's what I use it for). I supposed you could use a fabric glue to make a water-tight seal around the edge but it's rather dense (a lot heavier than swimming tube material).

Poor color

Has to be the worst "tan" I've ever seen but my feral cats don't care as it will keep them dry in tomorrows storm. Color is closer to "salmon" that Coyote tan as pictured and is nowhere " Military " grade

It isn't tan, it is green!

The material itself is great but the color is definitely not tan, it is olive green. Unfortunately it was a time sensitive purchase and couldn't return it, so I am stuck with this ugly color.
