Is this tested on animals or cruelty free?

Some governments or agencies stipulate the testing of finished products on animals in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements. why won't the tube twist up??

Hi there! We're sorry this product is not twisting up, and we appreciate your question. We would expect our Nail Rehab Cuticle Oil Balm to twist up. The bottom section twists, and the mechanism works slowly, but after several twists you should see the product rise. I had the same issue. I finally used a towel to grip the bottom and then twisted.
