XL Military Medals/Pin/Patches/Badges/Ribbons/Insignia/Flag Display Case Cabinet Shadowbox (Cherry Wood Finish)

I purchased the case with Inside Dimensions: 30.5"H X 22.5"W X 1"D.I was very pleased with its appearance. HOWEVER, Using the mounting Hardware which is well designed there is a FLAW in the components you supplied.This is a very simple fix but greatly effects the experience of mounting the cabinet on a wall !!!!!!!!The "Dry Wall Screws" supplied to mount the cabinet to the wall have a "COUNTER SINK" Neck on the Head of the Screw.When you try to engage the Screw ( Supplied to install in the wall) in the Mounting Hole of the Bracket on the Cabinet it takes a lot of force to lock it in the mounting hole of the bracket, Both putting the Cabinet On the wall and Removing it from the wall.The FIX would be a Screw with no "Shoulder" (or No a Counter Sink or Just a FLAT HEAD SCREW). OR:>> Increase the Pressing Depth of the Mounting Hole of the Mounting Bracket.Other than this PROBLEM with the ability to ENGAGE the Screw you put in the Wall with the Hole in the Cabinet Mounting Bracket. I was pleased withy your product. Some Design Engineer NEVER MOUNTED HIS DESIGN on a wall.I have YET to solve the problem the mounting problem.

Upon close inspection it's clearly a budget shadowbox, but from afar it looks good. Fortunately, I had no cracks/scratches on either the frame or the plexi. Came packaged securely enough, with adhesive paper on both sides of the plexi to prevent scratching. Hanging it was a slight pain, took a little effort to get the screws to mate up using included hardware. Also, the right bottom corner didn't lay flush against the wall. But overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I received the XL case in secure packaging. Nice workmanship on the wood and finish, the inside has enough foam board behind the nice black material. Easy for glue dots or stainless steel straight pins (the pins and hanging hardware come with it). The latches and hinges are a plus and work well. The plexiglass is good quality and makes sense for a case this big. This is a great medium budget case and I finally have a nice case to display my military honors.

The display cases are good quality, easy to display pin. They look really sharp once they start getting loaded with stuff to display.The only draw back is the latches and locks. They are very cheap quality. I have to take them apart 2 times now to get everything reset inside. If the latches were upgraded into a better quality system, these displays would be top notch

Awesome case. Much larger than anticipated. Very cool. Will hold all of the WWII medals, ribbons and patches that I wish to display in honor of a WWII Veteran I know. There's even room for a 5x7 photo of him. Sadly he passed away last year.

Latches broke when we tried to close lid. The wood on the lid bows up on the sides and doesn’t touch the wood on the base when closed. Came pre-drilled for hangers to hang it but didn’t come with any to hang it. Plexiglass was scratched. Hinges wiggle when opening and shutting. We knew it wasn’t a very expensive display box but didn’t expect it to be made this cheap. Don’t recommen this product at all.
