Best I’ve used so far. They secure very tightly. I believe it’s because of the rubber sleeve that fits in the hole of the toilet. As you tighten is squeezed against the top and bottom of the bolt. Fits great and the extended length of the nut on the bottom is very convenient. No plastic parts to break, all string metal. Would buy again, if i ever need to.

This universal replacement product is the very best that I have ever purchased. Others have bolts that are too fat to fit the hole in the toilet seat; these bolts will fit perfectly into any toilet seat. Others have a regular screw that requires the user to turn the entire length of the bolt. These screws are easy to use for two reasons: First, the shape allows the user to simply use one hand to hold in place while turning the screw with a screw driver; the threads are at the bottom only, so the user only has to turn a few times to attain a tight fit. The kit also includes a variety of different sizes and types of washers that will make your connection work perfectly on any type of toilet seat.

Works great. I actually installed them myself. I got so tired of having to keep tightening the plastic nuts every day. So far, no tightening needed!

I could never keep the plastic bolts that come with the toilet seat tight so seat was always slipping around. These Immediately solved the issue, nice and snug with hand tightening alone, if I were to continue with tools they were be extremely secure!!

==========update 11/2025 - replaced : ( 1 year later I had to replace them. I guess the years of one and done are gone, but I sure wish I'd get more than a year out of a product! They are the best I've found so far, do keep the seat tight while they last. The rubber and the metal corroded, but it was the rubber that required a replacement. Once off I changed everything because the metal started to look bad and I figured just a matter of time B4 I'd have to change it anyway. ==========original 12/2024 It was a little tricky to install because there are so many pieces and our toilet is in a tight spot. Not really hard but especially the bottom washers and trying to screw the bottom piece in was awkward. The commode we have is from the 70s so the holes were a bit smaller. The metal pieces would not fit but the rubber stoppers did, although a little smooshed. Not 5 stars yet, because so many products now a days have such short lives. Will update.

This is a problem nobody speaks about, but it needs to be solved. Even $1000 toilets come w cheap plastic nurs and bolts to secure the toilet seat. Shift yer weight, and the seats slides too. Unnerving and a terrible jolt for your guests, and grandpa. These lock that suckered down. You can chair dance now.

Easy to install. Seat remains locked in place. Too bad my toilet seat quality is not great. The seat moves but not because of the screws. Will buy more for my other seats.
