Does the job well

NOT A OVERPOWERS SALTY TASTE. A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR HOME MADE JERKY. AND GREAT FOR SOAKING YOUR FISH. TO GET THE FISHY SMELL AND TASTA OUT.

Had never cured anything before to put in my smoker. All recipes seem to call for this curing salt (not necessarily this brand) but I likes the container vs some being in a box or bag. Salt worked like a charm in the Brine recipe and I smoke the most amazing Canadian bacon with it. A little goes a long way so if you aren't brining things a lot, then a small container is best. I'm going to give half away and 5his will still last me years.

Love the container it was in.This item is just what I need to cure my brisket to make Pastrami as well.The price was competitive the photo of the product was great.

I was leery of ordering this product as I saw a lot of reviews that said it came opened or unsealed. My order arrived in good shape and was completely sealed! See the photo I submitted. I have used the product but will not have results for another five days as I am now brining a brisket for pastrami.

Im on my second batch of bacon that I have cured. First batch turned out great. So far so good.

Perfect size for me and it comes in a plastic bottle. This will last me a long time.
