Nice unit. Using it as a bathroom storage unit in my poolhouse. Decided to paint it white and float it to give a more custom, coastal feel. Easy to build, but the screwdriver provided will make it much harder. Screw your lag bolts in first, don’t put locking bolts in until last. Best trick building these units.

Those is absolutely beautiful when complete. It took me almost 4hrs to put this together by myself. I had take apart and slip so many Bruce’s it was like I literally assembled it twice. Consulting because you can tell which is the right or wrong side of the pieces. But worth it.

1. Use an electric drill. Usually with these types of pieces I would say use the screw driver it comes with, but with this one you’ll want electric.2. Almost every pre-drilled hole “H” went into is too tiny and split the laminate, so try pre/drilling next size up to limit splitting. Don’t go too big or “H” won’t fit snug.3. D and F screws come in same bag. Directions identify them correctly but steps have you use the wrong one to connect parts and the screw simply is not long/big enough, you have to use F when it says to use D in steps 8/9.4. This results in the screw head showing in 2 spots bc the pre-drilled holes didn’t accommodate the head of that screw. It’s the only spot on the shelf the screw heads aren’t flush on the “wood”5. The shelf is sturdy but Tall making it a smidge top heavy and likely to tip on a carpet if bumped into / jostled. I have a kitten who’s 10/10 gona try and jump down on it. You’ll likely want to secure it to the wall. I had some picture hanging Velcro left over and used that!Nothing came chipped, all pieces except one lined up (and it’s at the base so you’d never know/notice) and the shelf looks very nice once put together. I highly recommend it! I added some plant lights. Don’t have pics of every little thing but it’s a decent price for the size of shelf your getting! Looks good

I really like these shelves, but they take quite awhile to put together. I think there are about 80 screws, lots of pieces. It is not difficult to do, just time consuming. It has a strong frame and I expect it to last well.

I should have know this was a mistake when the directions where missing steps. I called the company to find out about the directions and was told that the company had made a mistake and missed steps. I was missing parts and screws. It was the worst purchase I have made in a very long time!!! Now, I might have to pay just to return a product that was shipped to me defective.
