really easy to install
I bought a different brand from a local hardware store. The lock was sticky and I finally got around to buying these lock. I installed it in like 2 minutes. It feels much better than the hardware store one.

No reason to spend more. Took a minute to install. Small compromise is a small pressure plate to hold it in from the back rather than a bolt, but seems adequate

A nice snug fit in USPS Box.
No problems installing in a USPS approved box. It had several option for the catch. Better than the old lock. It shuts tight now.
