Lovely mug, very overpriced.
Bought this for a friends birthday and she loves it. Couldn't buy from Emma Bridgewater direct as out of stock so ended up paying more than double the original cost to get this in time for the birthday. Couldn't afford one for me too.

Poor quality and expensive
Don't buy mugs from this brand. Overpriced, poorly designed and really low quality.10 minutes ago the mug handle just shattered into two pieces while I was trying to clean it without much force. I never had this happened using other mugs and cups. The handle is thin and small, and it was really inconvenient to hold.These mugs have another hidden defect/oversight/poor design element: the bottom of the mug is concave and it creates air bubble between the mug and any wet surface. Since the contact of the bottom edges of the mug completely flat without air duct, it makes the mug EXTREMELY slippery on the wet surfaces. So, it can just slide down and that happened to another mug I had two years ago.For such big price, it's really embarrassing to ship such bad quality products. Shame.
