This is the best product for peppermint bark. I used to crush candy canes when I couldn't find this product locally. Then I realized that Amazon might have it and joila! It produces a much prettier white chocolate peppermint bark than crushed candy canes. The price is good and the shipping was super fast. I don't know why the vendor offered it as free shipping at this price but I appreciated it. I ordered it twice this Christmas, a total of 6 bags, and used them all. One bag of peppermint crunch is stirred into two pounds of white chocolate. Spread on parchment paper and in 15 minutes you have a delectable Christmas treat. Really easy for the kids to help make.

These are the best for candy making! I also grind them to stretch them and get more out of them. Totally worth the buy!

These are great tasting for my Christmas bark. I just melt white chocolate in the microwave, when melted I add in these peppermint pieces. Spread the mixture out on parchment paper, let set up, break apart & it’s ready to be eaten or given as a gift. This is the easiest candy I make! This is the best tasting peppermint I have found!!

I've been making white chocolate peppermint candy for years. Suddenly the local stores are not carrying it. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon..It''s a great product and wouldn't want to use anything else. It would just not be the same.

I have been using this product for a number of years at Christmas. I used to have to order it from a candy store but then learned I could get it online. This has a stronger peppermint taste than using crushed candy canes. I used this to mix with the white candy melts that I also ordered from Amazon.

These were purchased to replace an item I had used in years past, and were too hard of a consistency to be an equivalent substitute. That said, they did stand in to a degree, but did not melt in to the chocolate as I would have hoped.

When making peppermint bark for the holidays this brand of red & green candy is perfect. It doesn't melt into the white chocolate and keeps it's crunch.

The peppermint crystals was exactly what I was looking for. I needed it to make a particular kind of peppermint bark, no longer found at sweet shop. This was the only one I could find. The only problem I had with it was the amount. I would have rather had a smaller amount. Still, I was able to make what I needed and I am grateful for that because it was a gift.
