Works best paired with the shampoo
I got the coconut shampoo and conditioner bar for my husband, but we got the shampoo bar first, so he used that alone a couple of times. He did like it on its own, but now that he has the conditioner bar as well, he’s somewhat changed his mind, and no longer wants to use the shampoo alone. Instead, he says that he only wants to use them together from now on, because the shampoo alone leaves his hair a little bit drier than he wants, and the conditioner leaves his hair soft and shiny - he’s asked me sooo many times to feel his hair since he started using these, so I can tell he is really impressed with them.Another reason he wants to use the shampoo and conditioner together is that he thinks the shampoo smells a little bit like coconut Play-Doh - I don’t think this, but he’s used it more / been around it more, so he may be right. The smell of coconut is definitely noticeable on him for a few hours after using it though, and isn’t bad at all. It’s not a super weak coconut, nor is it overwhelming or artificial. He’s only been using the shampoo for about two weeks and both together for one, but they do seem like they will last a good amount of time, to make the price worth it. Both come with a string attached to hang the bar up, and the sting says either shampoo or conditioner so you can tell them apart… They’re also slightly different colors so you can try to use that, but I really would say the best way to tell them apart is to just always put them in the same spot, and know where those spots are. So far, he really likes them, and he would get them again, especially for traveling.

Conditioner?!?
I bought both the Kiss Me Argan shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo is fine and acts like shampoo. I cannot help but think the conditioner was labeled improperly as it lathers and leaves my thick, long, curly hair a tangled, straw-like mess. I would not recommend unless you like looking like cousin It after sticking his finger in a light socket.

Not very conditioning
I wanted to give this a chance- I really did. This is more of a conditioning shampoo than an actual conditioner. I was drawn to the fact that this one had a hanging cord for drying and that's it's less expensive than other brands; however, these two factors don't change the fact that it made my hair feel like I had skipped conditioner altogether. Also, I know others are excited about the scent not being "overpowering," but I find that there is next to NO scent. So it doesn't make my hair feel or smell good...I'm going back to the argan formula from the other brand :/

Easy to use, but doesn’t feel like it’s conditioning.
I’ve used a lot of shampoo and conditioning bars. I loved the shape of the bar it made it really easy to apply and hold on to. Some of the other bars I’ve used easily slip out of your hands. I also loves the built in hanger feature. I really loved the way the conditions we foamed, this made it especially easy for my kids to use. It had a pleasant scent. What I didn’t like was that the conditioner left my hair feeling dry when wet, not silky and smooth like how some of the other conditioning bars I have used. It felt more like a second shampoo. I’m not sure how well it actually conditioned my hair. But I will buy it again for my kids, as they struggle to apply the other bar conditioners we have used.

Great idea for travel but you need a strong leave in product
I purchased both the shampoo and conditioner to reduce the amount of liquids when I travel. I brought them on a cruise to test how well they would work. Once you get them wet the bars smell like play dough. Both the bars lather well and appear to do a good job until your hair starts to dry. I could feel how dry and brittle it made my hair. I don’t recommend this but if you do want to try these out I recommend bring a really good leave in conditioner (I like the it’s a 10) to put the moisture back in once you use them. I will keep looking for a different shampoo bar.

Tragic.
You are better off throwing your money in a ditch or setting it on fire. It made my hair feel much, much worse after using.

makes hair more frizzy
I was so disappointed in this. I bought the shampoo and conditioner. I've used a few bar shampoo/conditioners in the past, and I liked the idea that this had a handy ribbon identifying which was which. Unfortunately the section with the ribbon attached broke off on the first day. I could tolerate that if the product worked, but when I used this shampoo and conditioner, my hair was much more frizzy than after using any other shampoo/conditioner that I have. I even tried it a couple of times, but it was the same each time. Terrible results

LOVE
I adore this conditioner. It is so easy to apply, lathers really well and I love the natural ribbon attached which makes it convenient to hang in the shower and not get a a soap dish gross. It could be slightly more moisturizing, but it does work well to get tangles out. I will be purchasing the shampoo as well.

Great stuff - don't be put off by the bad reviews
I think this is great - I have bought other conditioner bars and think this is the best I have tried so far (I have only tried 4 so far - this is my favorite). It smells great, is easy to use, dries nicely since it has the string attached to it and is reasonably priced. I have paid 20£ for conditioner bars from very small companies that weren't half as good as this one. I will buy this again, and probably try some of their other products. Don't be put off by the bad reviews. For reference I have very long (almost to my waist) bleached hair, with a wavy texture. Works a charm!!

Be patient, I love them now!
Guys I've figured it out!!!Be patient with them.I purchased the coconut shampoo and the aloe Vera conditioner. I also have the purple one too and have tried the raspberry coloured ones too, so read for more info on all.I tried the Ethique sample heart bars and they're good but they don't smell nice at all which put me off them, plus I could never tell which one was shampoo or conditioner or body wash, and never knew where to put them without making them soggy or needing to buy or make a breathable soap dish.So far I prefer foamie as it comes with a labelled cotton string. They can hang up and dry out in the shower (away from running water). No need to buy a soap dish! The labeling is such a nice touch and is what made me try them out. I personally love that they're flatter and curved. They fit in the hand comfortably and don't slip with the string. I haven't had them for too long to tell you how long the string lasts attached to the bar, but I feel if you keep it out of running water when it's drying & when you're showering then the string should last! Also be mindful of the string and focus on using the other end of the bar to rub in (not the string end.)So I ordered the blonde purple shampoo bar as I have long blonde highlighted straight caucasian hair. The smell is a chemical grape.. not a wonderful smell but okay. It definitely works though to keep brassy orange tones out of your hair and keep the blondes vibrant so it does the job! It foams/lathers up brilliantly (so far they all do, including the conditioner bars so the name of the brand is spot on lol).I also have tried the Raspberry shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair. (My friend got it). But I did not like it! The smell wasn't very pleasant for me, almost chemical smelling and not raspberry. The coloured hair conditioner didn't feel like it had done anything nourishing or benificial to my ends. My roots felt too squeaky and waxy and dry. It could have been the way that I had applied them or the fact that it was my first time using them but I still wasn't that impressed.Usually I wash my roots with shampoo twice. Then condition the ends of my hair once and leave in for 3- 5mins while I wash or shave. This is exactly what I did with the coloured bars and it didn't feel that good. I will admit though I had SO much volume to my hair, it felt so much thicker than before which was nice but that was the only pro.Now here's what I would suggest, which is exactly what I've done and I'm very happy with the results.I washed my hair with just the coconut shampoo for normal hair on my roots only once then rinsed. The coconut bar so far is my favourite scent. It's a lovely creamy sweet coconut vanilla smell, I was already pleased with that part! Then I applied the aloe vera conditioner bar which is for dry hair (also smells lovely to me) to my roots and ends,.. I know strange, but I figured if the conditioners foam too maybe it would be nice all over my hair, perhaps make it feel softer?I always apply argan oil to the ends of my hair or a detangling syrum no matter what product I'm using so I did this too once out the shower and towel dried (I used argan oil even when used coloured bars).Well let me tell you, it's so much better. My hair feels soft and shiney and healthy. Not immediately after rinsing, but once it was starting to dry and fully dried. I like to air dry my hair as much as possible, to stay away from heat when I can. Once it was fully dried it felt, looked and smelt lush. I was soooo pleased.I'd be patient with these, your hair and scalp and yourself can take time to get used to using no silicones, sulphates and soaps in your hair. Of course your hair isn't going to be as super soft when it's wet without all those other unnecessary chemicals. So just bare that in mind that you might be a bit puzzled at the texture of your hair to start with or when it's wet. This does pass after a few washes, plus using the technique I described really has helped. I much prefer the bars I've bought. I would highly recommend them both. Considering buying the coconut conditioner and aloe Vera shampoo now too hehehe.I hope this review can help you choose which ones to get, especially if you have similar hair to mine.Reducing plastic and being more sustainable is so important, I hope this review can incourage more poeple to make the change.

Fantastic Conditioner Bar
I am so pleasantly surprised by this conditioner bar - Smells lovely but not over powering, foams well, nourishes my hair and rinses out so well. I thought that this would leave my hair greasy but actually the opposite - I can’t believe how well it rinses and my hair is left soft, fresh and shiny. My hair is very hard to do anything with and I have found that traditional bottles conditioners (no matter where or how little I use) leave my hair limp and lifeless but this conditioner bar is the complete opposite - my hair is silky smooth but I can still style it and have volume in it. Great purchase.

complete waste of money
It bubbles when you use it, and then my already silky fine hair turned brittle and felt like it has a wax coating on it. Had to wash it again and use a leave in to help fix it. Took two days to not feel dry and brittle again. I've now just opted to use this to shave my legs with as it is decent for this purpose... Only.
