This mat lives up to the hype, taking it out of its package there was zero shed, I can walk barefoot and it's super comfortable. Made very thick, the perfect density so it doesn't move and you can still scrub your shoes off on it.No strange smell!It's beautiful and everything I could have wanted, I made two giant flower planters to bracket it and my door and it truly is a welcome mat, the perfect addition to create that homey feel!10/10 I have reccomended this to all my friends and family!

Sturdy door mat, a little high does not work with my screen door when I open so I had to move it out a little further but that’s okay still a nice looking doormat

This is a good, sustainably-made product by artisans in a low-income country. Their product is better than other coir mats I've had from high-income countries; I'd buy this again.
