This is an amazing book. The author combines years of knowledge and takes the reader on a journey of the everything you thought you knew or wanted to know about sales and much more. The studies are well researched with relevant examples for the reader. There are take aways in every chapter so much that you will find yourself taking notes. The author does a great job sharing his own experiences for the reader to feel more personable. Whether you are in sales or seeking to improve overall business skills to catapult profits, this is an excellent resource for you.

Listening to the audible is much better for me as I’m time poor, and a Territory Manager on the road. Perfect to upskill as I drive between appointments! The narrator is clear and professional and really easy to listen to. Amazes me what we pick up through the different senses. I have shared this with my own sales team.Especially good for conquering our own behaviours when the reptile brain takes over!

This is a fascinating book packed full of useful information which is applicable to both a business and personal environment. It is written in a clear easy to follow format which makes it very enjoyable to read. I have been in business for a long time and reading this book does you make you realise that there are always new ideas to take onboard. It is also refreshing to visit ideas which might have been used previously but were either forgotten about or not put into practice anymore. The author is obviously a very thoughtful , understanding individual and I would definitely recommend this book.

This book takes a very interesting angle in understanding the human mind, then behaviors, also body language, general sales tactics and beyond. I learned a whole lot! Looking forward to purchasing a paperback for my husband; this is beautifully written and invaluable information!

I liked most of it.. over all not bad. Not a favorite but could be to others ..

I liked the content, easy read. Some sales advice I disagree with and the closes maybe needed some work or at least for my type of sales. Good over all but I think the first half was more solid than the last part.

This is a great book for someone interested in a career in sales. I would recommend reading it more than once.

Gutes, verständlich geschriebenes Buch, welches sich auf die Grundlagen der Verkaufspsychologie bezieht.Ohne besondere erfolgsversprechende Systeme werden hier wichtige, grundlegende Themen der Psychologie beschrieben.Mir hat das Buch sehr weitergeholfen und auch gerade für die praktischen Anwendung gute Tipps gegeben.War jeden Cent Wert !

I really was digging the first book from the author ""how to talk to anybody".In this case, more than half of the book is just copy paste from the previous one.Then talking about cold calling and sales funnels?Nah... that did not convince me at all...Still 3 stars, because if I did not know the first book, I would still find it useful.By the way -> The free Audio Files could not be downloaded nor found (!!)

Das Buch hat Null Wert, es ist als Fachbuch sehr unklar geschrieben in Bezug auf Verkauf. Viele unnötiger Ballast!
