(1) -20x28 - 1.25" Flat Black Profile - Puzzle Frame - Hanging Hardware and Plexiglass Included

I’m reviewing the 20 x 28 inch size, with 1.25 inch thick plexiglass black puzzle frame. I am very pleased with this frame! Nice that it’s made of wood verses plastic, looks very clean cut, and plexiglass is properly covered yet it’s very easy to remove the protective film. It looks high end, but is lite weight without being cheaply made. Easy to handle since it’s not heavy considering the large size of the frame. Changing out puzzles frequently is easy too because of the bendable metal tabs used to hold it in place. It can be hung either vertically or horizontally. My only suggestion for improvement is the hanging hardware. It would be nice to actually get a choice of sawtooth hangers, or actual D-rings, and to be given both. We received triangle shaped hangers with wire to “properly tie” on the triangle hangers they called d rings. They aren’t actually D-rings and they should be. We had to place and screw in the hangers which is fine, but I’m no professional and tying the wire makes me a bit nervous. Plus, having both would make it possible to also use this frame for a puzzle that requires vertical hanging. I submitted 2 pictures of the dragon puzzle I framed, and for your info, it’s 1000 pieces and 20 x 27 inches in size.Lastly, I have 3 helpful tips. Wear cotton garden gloves when handling the plexiglass to avoid cutting your fingers, it’s sharp, and easily fingerprinted. Use the paper insert’s white, blank side to frame smaller size puzzles with a nice matte edge look. If your puzzle comes right up to the edge of the frame, bend the tabs only part way to avoid damaging the puzzle.

We used this frame for a jigsaw puzzle. The measurements of the puzzle was 19 1/2” x 27 1/2”. We were debating if we should seal it or buy the puzzle squares to tape the back, but we decide to see how the puzzle fit in the frame.It fit perfectly, so no sealing or taping had to be done!! This is a gift and we didn’t want to seal/tape in case they wanted to take it apart and put it together themselves. The frame looks nice and sturdy, no flimsy like others I looked at. It was also packed very well. We had some questions for the company and they were wonderful and replied within a day. So pleased with their customer service and will definitely order from them again!!!And it’s... “Made in America 🇺🇸“!!

I recently started doing puzzles again as a stress reliever. I don’t like to put so much time into them to just take them back apart and put it back in a box. I did this puzzle so I could hang it as art work in my sons room. This frame was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t even need to use puzzle glue or anything to put it in the frame. It holds it nice and in place. I ordered the 20x28 frame and my puzzle was 19.25x24.25. Will definitely be ordering from this company again. If you’re looking for a quality frame at a great price, this is it!

We love our frame for our Black Lives Matter puzzle because it fits perfectly, and is a very nice accent to the picture without detracting from it. Simple. Understated. Perfect.

I was surprised at the quality of this frame. It is much sturdier than I was expecting. As a bonus, one of the sides of the backing was black. Since I was framing an all-black puzzle which was slightly smaller than 20x28, this worked well for my use.

The frame looks nice and comes packaged very well and that's the only positive I have from this frame.2 months in and cheap particleboard has warped where the wall hanger was placed.Needless to say it is now unusable as it cannot be bent back into place and the plexiglass is falling out.Save your money and look elsewhere

I used this frame for a jigsaw puzzle and it worked perfectly. I wanted something sturdy because I didn’t want to glue or tape the puzzle in case I ever wanted to take it apart and do it over again. I bought the frame for a 20x28 inch puzzle and it fit perfectly.

This frame worked great for a tea towel I wanted to hang in our guest room. I didn’t need to cut the towel even though it was a bit wide on the sides thanks to the room in the frame and the soft cardboard backing. Nice, simple black wood look frame and easy to assemble. Note that you have to assemble the wire hook to hang it and the way it’s designed with the included picture hook to nail into the wall, the frame won’t sit flush against the wall. Minor issue to me so overall highly recommend!
