Great for low ferritin
I recently had labs done and my ferritin was at 4. After a few months of taking this, my levels significantly increased and I stopped shedding my hair as drastically as before. This is a great value for the money and I will continue to use. There is no odor and I do not notice any side effects. I will say, I make sure to take this after a meal rather than on an empty stomach to avoid being nauseated

Best type of Iron
This is the best Iron supplement out there. It does not cause constipation like other salt types of iron. Looking to raise iron and ferritin this is it.
